Reservation Policy
- Reservations must be made by email to info@ecoboxandino.cl or by phone: 09 3199513.
- To reserve you must make a deposit of 50% of the total, which will be confirmed when the deposit is received in the Ecobox Andino bank account.
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior the beginning of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
- If the reservation is cancelled from 14 to 5 days before the beginning of the scheduled stay, 25% of the deposit will be returned.
- If the reservation is cancelled 5 days before the beginning of the stay, Ecobox Andino will keep 100% of the deposit.
